Today, I bought a used Sapphire Nitro RX 580 8Gb through internet. First time, it succeeded to get into Windows but a few minutes later machine reboot suddenly and after a few times like that, the machine can't boot up at all. I still can see LED light on CPU, graphic cards, sometimes on the RAM but couldn't see anything happened on screen . I'm using:

AMD Ryzen 5 3600,
Sapphire Nitro RX 580
Corsair 32Gb DDR4 3000Mhz,
Samsung EVO SSD 512Gb,
Corsair 600W Bronze Plus .

Could that be possible that power supply can't provide enough for the new graphic card 'cause my system ran smoothly with the old GT 750 but I already threw it away.

Your power supply should be plenty able to handle that configuration. You might want to check the available wattage on the relevant rails to be sure though. It could also be possible that the power supply is faulty, or the graphics card.
