Question RX 580 Sapphire Nitro+/Pulse/Asrock phantom

Hello, I don't know which of these cards I should purchase, I am on budget but I would lend extra 50euros if it's gonna be worth my while.
RX 580 Asrock phantom OC 8GB - 200e
RX 580 Sapphire Pulse 8GB - 228e
RX 580 Sapphire Nitro+ 8GB - 249e
Heard many complains about Asrock sounding like jet and some Sapphire cards got coil whine.

General consensus is you buy the one with the best price. They perform similar so performance wise you aren't getting anything worth mentioning. However the Sapphire cards have premium cooling, they run quite silent and cold. Nitro+ is clocked a bit higher than other cards and may also have some overclocking headroom.
Asrock on the other hand, they 've been in gpu manufacturing for only 1 year. While this doesn't mean they are bad, there is not enough record to name their reputation, after sales, support etc.
In general, Sapphire is considered to be the best AMD brand out there. Personally i would go with either the Pulse or the Nitro+.
