Id guess nitro+ is a bit cooler and quieter because of the price, but is it really worth the money? I don't see the need of overclocking either, so is there any difference worth the price between the cards?

Solution
Nitro+ has some more features: NITRO Quick Connect system, NITRO Glow RGB LED, NITRO CoolTech, NITRO Free Flow, Intelligent Fan Control, so it is quieter than Pulse, it has 50 MHz higher turbo base frequency and 1 x 6-pin AUX Power Connector. If you really need to save 20 bucks and any of this features are not important for you, than you can get Pulse.

My suggestion would be always go for the higher end models in any graphic card segment for longevity (VRM cooling,PCB, etc)
Since in the gpu segment always see their load temps also before selecting, high temps require better cooling or you might end up in a hot box or less performance due to throttling
Especially in amd gpu's the temps are high so I would always suggest to go for higher end models

I'd better go for Rx 570 nitro+ for 1080p60. I personally use it and performs similar to high end Rx 580 8gb stock versions by overclocking and cooler efficiency.
