Question RX 580 Stuttering/Freezing in some games

Hi,

Bought a new MSI RX 580 2 days ago however I'm experiencing freezing and some frame drops(~15).

I've checked the thermals and it rarely goes above 65 so it's good there. CPU seems to be fine as well(i5 7500)

However I've noticed the GPU going from 0-100% workload every 1-2 seconds when running GTA V. See here

Freezing happens when it only reaches 80% and not 100 while frame drops happen randomly. This happens in games like GTA V and Forza Motorsport 6 while in rocket League the GPU does not go below 60%.
Also seems to happen in Assassin Creed Odyssey but only 1-2 times every 30 mins.

So wondering why this is happening with these two games(more so in GTA)



Would just like to add that I am using a hard drive for the games but it's nowhere near 100% usage and have a fresh install of Windows and drivers 2 days ago on an SSD.
Tried both vsync on and off

Did you try undervolting it a bit and giving it , let`s say +25% power limit in Wattman? It might works.

Not done anything like this before so not too comfortable. Will it void my warranty?
