You mean bottleneck. If you're looking at 1080p gaming then the processor aboard the APU will indeed bottleneck the GPU. It also depends on the sort of titles you want to play. I'm assuming you're going to play on the latest titles.

A8-3670K? Wow. That is a REALLY OLD processor. Of course there will be bottleneck. If you have enough money, I suggest you upgrade to an RX 570 (the RX 580 offers better performance, but the RX 570 offers similar for much less money) and either a Ryzen R5 1400 or i5-7400.
