[SOLVED] RX 580 very low FPS

I have a RX 580 installed in my very old build(waiting for Zen 2)

CPU - Q8300

GPU - RX 580 Red Devil Golden Sample 8GB

RAM - 4GB DDR3

Mobo - Gigabyte GA-G41M-Combo Dual BIOS

PSU - Corsair CX 650

When I play darksiders warmastered Edition I can’t get beyond 15 FPS at 1080p and 720p at the lowest possible setting and also at the highest possible settings

Ran the game in windowed mode and check the task manager GPU utilisation was 15% and CPU utilisation was 25% and RAM usage was 2.4 GB out of 4GB
Windows 10 OS

CPU Temp was 45-50 degree C
GPU Temp was 45-55 degree C

Couldn’t future out what’s the problem

your cpu holding you back... what gpu did you used to have, was it an Nvidia one?

No previously this build never had a dedicated GPU it ran using the motherboard’s graphics also tested Resident Evil 6 at 720p all settings was set to its max by default I got around 70FPS but even at 1080p I could see people have over 300 FPS on a RX580 but mine won’t go beyond 70-77 FPS even at 720p and CPU RAM utilisation and temps were normal none of them even touched 50% I also have the latest 19.1.1 driver installed from AMD website

You have to realize the rx 580 is capable of much better performance. Your hardware is seriously holding it back. Unless your hardware is the same as what is listed in the boobtube benchmarks you are watching, the comparison is not apples to apples
