rx 580 vs 1060 power consumption

i accidentally bought a low wattage psu and i want to know which card pulls less power the rx 580 or the gtx 1060

Psu is corsiar cx450m (black white label)

Nvidia recommends a 400w psu for the gtx 1060 and AMD recommends 500w psu for the rx 580
It would also help if you told us what psu you have.

I recommend you get the gtx 1060 since 450w can still be limiting to the rx 580

It'll run a factory overclocked card.
Manual overclocking will depend on how much power your cpu draws.
