Question Rx 580 vs gtx 1050 ti

Stupid question that can be answered on google but anyone have any experience with these two? i HAD A GTX 1050 TI and was getting Killer difference in fps from my rx 580.. For example destiny 2 On mid to highest settings i was getting over 50-60 fps with the 1050 ti On mid to low settings with my rx 580 I am getting jank amount numbers lowest it hit was 8 fps and average is about 20-30....
I am using an i3 i know i am bottle necking but it is also the same cpu just tested on 2 different graphics cards.. Is 1050 really better than 580? or is my 580 bad or something...?

Did you uninstall the Nvidia driver before installing the AMD driver?
Might try running CCleaner and doing the Clean and Registry portions both, followed by running DDU from safe mode and starting over driver-wise.

What are your system specs? PSU make and model?

RX580 is 50+% faster than a GTX1050Ti.

Follow clutchc advices above. Also make sure the system is really set to use the discrete card and not the IGP (I know, this sound obvious, but it happened countless of time...). The RX580 is much better than the 1050Ti, the two shouldn't even be close, in favor of the RX580.
