Question RX 590 at 229€

Hi, I saw that there's an offer now for the rx 590 at 229€ plus 3 games. I would like to build a PC right now to play 1080/60fps and upgrade the system in a year or two cause the PC I have is really old. Is that card worth it? If it is, could you suggest a whole build?

Hi thanks for the suggestions, for monitors do I have to look for something, I've seen Freesync v-sync, something concrete, cause I don't know anything.
Also with 600W is too tight or is way enough?

According to my fave PSU calc, you are needing 450W recommended so you have plenty of room to upgrade, or have that much more longevity - IMHO 600w is a perfect fit.

As far as monitors go, plenty of articles like this one that compares the various models and prices that are available - I am looking for a decent 24" 1080p/144hz under $200 myself, and still searching for over a month now (mainly that's because my trusty old Acer 24" 1080/60hz is still rocking!)
