Hello. I bought Sapphire RX 590 Nitro+ SE GPU on 5th November, 2019. I realized that the card has a big Coil Whine problem. The next day I took it back to market, they'd tell me that the GPU has to go to the service for RMA process. After 16 days they send back the product with "no problems found" message. Again I send the card to service at 2nd January, 2020 and I'm waiting. What can I do to get RMA?
