[SOLVED] RX 590 Coil Whine RMA

Hello. I bought Sapphire RX 590 Nitro+ SE GPU on 5th November, 2019. I realized that the card has a big Coil Whine problem. The next day I took it back to market, they'd tell me that the GPU has to go to the service for RMA process. After 16 days they send back the product with "no problems found" message. Again I send the card to service at 2nd January, 2020 and I'm waiting. What can I do to get RMA?

Coil Whine can be system specific , they not might here it on their test benches.

You mean, I cannot get a RMA for Coil Whine?

What PSU are you using? I'd test it with a different PSU if possible and see if that makes a difference. If they plug it in and can't reproduce the noise, they won't RMA.

Not a good PSU in terms of quality , that could be the issue. They will have a different setup they are testing on. Therefore they might not produce the same results with the whine.
