Question RX 590 vs GTX 1660

I am from Egypt I am looking forward buy new computer and I want to but new GPU

Sapphire Radeon PULSE RX 590 8GB = 4161 EGP this one from newegg, no warrenty here
MSI GeForce GTX 1660 VENTUS XS = 4800 EGP this one is local buy with warrenty

my power supply is Seasonic S12II 520 SS-520GB 520W 80+ Bronze

I really dont like nividia at all but I look for the performance for every EGP I pay

I am really need you help as the prices will inflame more soon here in egypt.

I'd choose the GTX1660. THe RX590 will draw more power and also how old is your PSU?

I really dont remember, but I bought it years ago
Also power draw is not issue for me.
