[SOLVED] RX 6400 XT compatible with PCIE 3.0?

I want to buy an RX 6400 XT. Now, I run an Asus TUF Gaming B460M Pro with 16GB of RAM. PCIE 3.0 x16. I also know that pcie 4.0 is backwards compatible with pcie 3.0, but I am confused and don't know if the pcie 4.0 is going to work with pcie 3.0 x16. I will wait for the advice of the people of Tom's Hardware.
