Question RX 6700 XT performing much worse than expected in Doom Eternal for some reason?

So I'm Playing DOOM Eternal rn and on 1080p maxed out settings (without Ray Tracing) im getting 130-ish FPS on average and the FPS sometimes drops down to 90. I've seen benchmarks where they say the 4K performance is like that. I'm extremely confused.
I thought my CPU could've been the problem but it was just being utilized by 20-40%. RAM usage is till 8 gigs as well. I wanna know if this is how it should perform or if there's some other problem.

Saphhire RX 6700 XT
AMD Ryzen 5600x
G Skillz 16 GB RAM
Samsung 870 QVO 1 TB SSD.

The Doom game is an interesting game that does not give expected FPS always. Try it with another game to test your card.
