Question RX 6750 XT stressing me (please help me)

I have a rx 6750 xt and my pc doesn’t use it unless I go to the settings. but when I do it and start the games they block right at the start and I have to reboot. The only times I managed to start them with the 6750 xt were 1. when I disabled the integrated one but it started to use Microsoft basic displays adapter(like 64hz) + the game was unplayable 2. when I eliminated the amd software, the game was almost perfect just the same problem with the display and the audio not working. Someone can help me? if I don’t resolve it in a week I think I have to send it back and idk if with a new graphic card the problem will go away(I’m new to this stuff) 🥲
