Question RX 6800 CRASHING on new pc build pls help

Hi all .;]
Need help with this, i got a new pc build not the greatest but good enough ,
anyway i put my rx 6800 in my gpu 3 weeks ago and running fine and after driver update i think it just does not want to work, it crashes soon as i start any game . but can play doom and was playing crew 2 fine . i need help ive tried alot of things and nothing .
was going to try putting card in old pc ,ill let u guys know :]

<<< things ive tried .>>>>
uninstalling drivers in Safe mode installing drivers back
reset pc
clean windows 11 pro install
free sync turn off
disabling Xmp does not let me boot ,so cannot disable that option
tried 2 cables pcie, nothing .,was working fantastic with 1 cable .
I've reinstalled some games hence the clean windows install

WINDOWS 11 PRO
12th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-12700K 3.60 GHz
32.0 GB (31.7 GB usable) ram
corse air PSU RM 850 GOLD PLUS
SSD 1TB
HDD 4TB

MY SYSTEM WORKS REALLY GOOD WITH RX5700 XT I HAVE IT INSTALLED
everything is new bught it last year
rx 6800 bught that like a month ago

TEST UPDATE AT 2/9/2024 12:30 PM

it does not want to install driver in my older pc windows 10 pc idk whats going on with .
was running amd adrenaline install driver and froze 86 percent .then error came up that driver could not be intalled .
It finally installed a driver by itself and it kinda works
ya it plays doom really nicely and marvel vs capcom ultimate marvel 3 and other games crash few minutes into the game .
i installed auto driver and it went back a driver from 2023 idk why .

these are contradictory statements.
it either crashes with any game or it doesn't.

after driver update i think it just does not want to work...uninstalling drivers in Safe mode

it can't be a driver issue if your previous card still runs fine.
if you're just using Windows resources to uninstall, try using DDU instead.

tried 2 cables pcie, nothing .,was working fantastic with 1

you get no display with 2, but a single works?

both cables work pcie cables coming from Psu are for gpu only .

right know no games works dont have time to test more because i have not yet downloaded any .

both cables work pcie cables coming from Psu are for gpu only .
the cables are called pcie cables BECAUSE GPU IS MOuNTED ON PCIE I GUESS .
i will try ddu install later ,thasnk you guys verry much .
really sry i am really rusty at expressing myself thru typing .

So does anyone think i should bother with DDU and reinstall drivers . since atleast 2 games work fine.
on my new pc was doing same thing . and when i installed adrenaline or update driver it got worse.

yes, always.
you will getting limited performance from the hardware without proper drivers.

what source are you using for your Windows installations?

i did reset from the windows i have already .
i had big problems when i tried to install windows 11 on my first install .
i could not open or find some bios info until i put bios cd and opened some folders manually idk why .
i had the cannot find drive error .I even called customer service and they could not help me with that problem . i solved it myself .

i think i wil try ddu first and then the windows reinstall .

ya i cannot make it work guys :[
i tried ddu in safe mode .
all i can think of is reinstalling to usb windows again.
but i already got my return label .
all i think of is faulty GpU. my 5700 xt works great ,not sure why this one cant .

i bought it with new egg and and they would replace or refund me my money.

I sent it back to new egg ,should of got insurance tho .
working fine except some random light in mw2 .only game thats unplayable right know .
