AORUS Radeon™ RX 6900 XT GAMING OC 16G vs ZOTAC GAMING GeForce RTX 3070 Ti Trinity OC 8GB. There is a deal for the RX 6900XT just for $730 ($15 more expensive than the 3070ti).
Which is better in terms of performance, cooling, etc... with 1080p 144hz monitor? Is the Ray Tracing really worse in the RX than RTX? Also if there is any issues specifically for the editions of the cards, please mention it.
One more thing, I'm gonna buy the GPU before the rest of the new build because of the Black Friday deals and this is my current build:

Will I face any issues regarding performance as bottleneck or overload PSU Wattage? (knowing that I'm gonna upgrade all of build within a few months)

Not sure on the 3070ti but I think the 6900xt is definitely the superior card. Have a look but the 6900xt is closer to the 3090. It’s not that it won’t do ray tracing, I think it just can’t do it as well as nvidia. But I imagine it would be at least close to the 3070ti in that respect since it’s 2 tiers above it.

PSU I think it needs at least an 850 watt, double check that though. You may go a bit higher to be safe.

What are you planning on building? I just see what I’m thinking is the current build. What monitor are you planning on? For that class of card you at least want to be on 1440p. I think the 6900xt is closer to a 4K card.

I am not quite sure yet, but probably i5 12th gen and extra ram with better case and psu. About the monitor, I might buy another one 2k or 4k next year probably.

You might consider going to something like a 6800xt or 6700xt and get the monitor. I just switched to 1440p a month or so bank and that was one of the better visual updates I did.
I already went for the Gigabyte RX 6900 XT Gaming OC as it was the same price as the 6800 XT and 3070 Ti and was only $100 more expensive than RX 6700XT so I thought these $100 more was worth it. I haven't installed it yet. Should I install it with 600w white 80+ cooler master PSU+ i7 7700K or I'll experience issues with it and I should get better PSU first? If I should get better PSU, will Seasonic 750w gold be enough or better to go for 800w cooler master (knowing that I will upgrade to i5 13th or 12th gen)

Good call on the 6900xt. For the psu have a look at the tier list.

For the rest of the system the 7700k may hold you back a little. Don’t need to do it now but you may want to look at a new cpu/board in the future.

Depends on the game really.
if you turn on just ray traced reflections on the RX 6900 XT, your performance will be butchered, but still playable in most games (you'll have your 60fps)
Even a 3060 does ray tracing better than 6900xt, so if ray tracing is really a thing for you, like you truly need it, go ahead, 3070ti is the pick.
but if I was you i'd definitely pick the 6900xt, it'll last you a lot longer if you plan to keep it. it is the top of the line 6000 series gpu, Afterall.
