Hello,
I have an optical fibre internet connection of 300 Mbps download speed. But since one month I am getting only 6 to 10 mbps download speed. I logged in my modem admin page. Is every thing ok? I don't know whether I have privilege to ask this question in this forum. My modem's info as follows:

You should contact your ISP first, they can test at their end, if they say it's fine then start looking at modem, router, cables, connections.
Nobody bent that optics cable in half did they?
I have contacted the ISP, one of them told me that the Rx power is bad it should be -14 dBm to -22 dBm and other one told me that -28 dBm also good.
