RX VEGA 64 freezes on one computer, but not on the other.

I have an RX VEGA 64 that will freeze at or directly after Windows 10 login on my computer. This problem began after I installed a new m.2 Samsung 970 NVMe drive. The card worked with the new SSD installed for a few days, then suddenly it froze while playing VR. Before installing the new SSD, the GPU worked just fine in this system. I am also using a brand new EVGA 750 Gold.

I swapped my GPU and the card works fine in my other computer, though. This computer has an EVGA 650 Gold. I even swapped the 650 into my other system and tried the VEGA and it is still crashing at Windows login.

My system:
Ryzen 7 2700x
EVGA 750 g+ GOLD Power Supply
Gigabyte ga-ab350m-gaming 3 Motherboard
Samsung 250gb m.2 NVMe
Ripjaws V 16 x 4 RAM
Radeon RX Vega 64
F23 BIOS

Thanks for your reply. You mean the gigabyte MB? I was thinking that initially and already filed for a MB RMA, but I don't want to send the board in for 5 weeks for repair if it's not the issue. Is there any way I can further test my MB?

cause the cpu's are always the same so it should be the mainboard , i'm not aware of any software that would test your MB

I flashed an old version of the BIOS (F20) and everything is working fine again on my system.
