Question RX460 giving me a blank monitor

I have a gigabyte RX460 graphics card that was working fine for about a year. Recently I was watching some YouTube and the screen just went black. I messed with it a bit but couldn't find out what the problem was, my computer works fine when I run my dislpay through the motherboard. Has anyone had this or know what is happening? Thanks

Seems like your PSU might've given out or your GPU's given up the ghost. Might it be possible to list your specs like so:
CPU:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:

In addition to the make and model of your PSU, include it's age. Also include the driver version you're working with for the GPU.
