Rx460 oc or gtx 1050 no oc (no 6 pin connector)

hey guys plz help me with this!!

I have vip 400r psu (max 300watts)
Which doesnt have a pcie cable

My question is should i go for rx 460 which can be overclocked as it have 6pin slots and new antec psu?
Or
Should i go for gtx 1050 or 1050ti (no 6 pin slot) which cannot be OC and avoide buying new psu? Help!!

I do not believe that overclocking a 460 is something you should base your purchasing decision on. At best you'll get a bump in performance but it's still a budget card and will never be more than that. If you need more performance you need to buy something better. Second, a 1050 Ti will be faster than any 460, no matter how much you overclock that 460.

My concern is that power supply. Apparently it puts out 20A on the 12V rail, which is not the worst I've seen but I have my doubts about overall quality. In any case, the 460s and 1050s will be pulling up to 75W, so they should work. However I'd prefer the new Antec + 460 if that's what it takes to get a better power supply.
