So I've bought a new GPU since the old on in this system died.

I bought the Sapphire Radeon RX460, which is a low power usage card (75TDP max)and doesn't require an extra PCIe Power connection.

The problem:
- My mother's PC seems to be booting but it doesn't show anything on the monitor. It just stays black and says it has no connection. I see nothing, no post messages, nothing. But the PC seems to be booting the background.

Things I've done/tested:
- Yes, the RX460 works, I've tested it in another PC.
- Yes, the PCIe slot is intact, I had an older GPU lying around and it works with this GPU.
- Yes, I've updated the BIOS to the lastest version provided from the HP website. It's a 2012 BIOS version which is rather old I'd say, but this is the lastest one I could find for this product.
- yes, I disabled the X16 slot security in the BIOS.
- I have another 550W power supply laying around and tried it with this PSU, same problem.

Is there any other thing I could do and or test to make this card work in my mothers computer?
Thanks in advance!
