RX480 8GB vs RX580 4GB vs GTX 1060 6GB ?

Which is better in term of value and performance?

I do gaming and multimedia

Gaming, mostly i play moba like dota 2, and First Person Shooter (like BF1, CZ GO, COD, Etc )

Other card suggestion (with the same price level) will be good too

The 580 is slightly better, but if you are keeping it for a few years, you might go with a 480 8gb. I've read they said that some games are already using more than 3gb of vram now. If that is the case, how long before 4gb isn't enough. The 580 is basically a refresh of the 480 so might be able to process frames just a hair faster, but as time goes on, you might find that you need more than the 4gb of ram.

Short answer then is if you plan to upgrade in the next year or two get the 580. If there's a possibility of keeping the card, get the 480.

I agree with constantine. Prices of the mid-range GPUS (1060 6GB, 1070, 470-80 and 570-80) are unpredictable. If money isn't a concern for you, then go for the 580. If it is, then ride out the mining boom with a 1050Ti or 1060 3GB, and upgrade further down the line.
