rx480 core-clock drops

I have core clock drops on full load
I already tried: DDU, rollback to last driver that workd corectly, searck for malwares with ADWcleaner, update bios, install all drivers
I don't know what else to try...

16g ram
corsair rm750x

Yes. Exactly like in the video.
I should get 1300mhz but I’m getting 800mhz-1200mhz
