RX480 Low FPS only in CS:GO

Recently I bought a Sapphire rx480 8gb version and it gave me a boost in FPS on every game... except for CS:GO.

For some reason on any map and on both the highest and lowest settings I get from 30-50 fps with a few spikes to over 100fps, but very rarely.

I know my CPU is bottlenecking the rx480 but with my last card (Sapphire HD7700) I had stable 60+fps

None of my components are overheating, did a clean driver install with DDU (multilpe times).

My specs:
CPU: i3 2100 3.1Ghz
Mobo: MSI H77MA-G43
Ram: 6gb DDR3
GPU: Sapphire RX480 8gb

disable the new HRTF audio settings
go to audio then set it to headphones or speakers

Thanks, never thought an audio setting would cost me over a 100 fps.
