1)Asus RX480 + Asus MG278Q(Amd Freesync) = 733$
2)Kfa2 GTX1070+Dell S2716DG(G-Sync)= 966$

If you have enough money get 2). The GTX1070 is a LOT more powerful than the rx480.

there is no comparison there, the 1070 is way more powerful.
another option is RX480 + Asus MG248Q will would make the 24'' a lot more cost effective.
