Question Rx480 no signal woes

Hi, I purchased a used rx480 8 GB about 14 days ago. Installed the card with no issues,but after a few shut downs my monitor stated to receive no signal. So I swapped PCI slots and that solved it,for a short time,swapped again and the same,after a short time no signal. I have reset cmos,cleaned everything but now whichever slot I use I get GPU not recognised error signal off my motherboard. So any ideas guys would be helpful. Many thanks

Well new development..after a while,was getting different errors on my motherboard,now it won't power up..little spin to start..but now. Nothing..dead..help!

tried with one ram stick? check connectors? reset bios ?
