Hi, guys
A few days ago I have bought new video card MSI RX560 16Cu 4GB and installed it into my computer. But when I tried to turn on my computer monitor showed me “input is not supported” error. But after 30 seconds waiting Windows started and everything worked properly. The problem consist in that during these 30 sec I can’t neither go to BIOS nor see anything on my monitor except for “input is not supported”.
I have done:
  1. Twice deleted and updated all my drivers for video card, monitor, motherboard etc.
  2. Used 3 different hdmi - hdmi cables.
  3. Tried all resolutions and refresh frequencies.
If I connect my monitor (Acer SA230abi) directly to my motherboard I don’t have any troubles. I read in the internet that this trouble is more often happens with Acer monitors , than with monitors from others manufacturers.
Could anybody please help me?

What are your specs?
Please provide as much detail about your computer as possible.
Need to know the, Operating system, motherboard , is it a manufactured computer (like dell) If so the service tag#, case model or custom build ; ie exact MB, exact CPU, exact GPU, Monitor cable, exact ram, exact pw supply, etc.
Is your monitor on Auto source or set for HDMI? Your monitor manual is here: https://files.bbystatic.com/PrqQglYUIzDEBxliaQ7UMQ==/002520B6-4904-4CC6-98B0-3224570E424F.pdf
