[SOLVED] Rx570 4gb has 8gb?!

It shows me in the characteristics of my rx570 4gb that it has total of 8174mb, 4096mb dedicated, 0mb sytemvram and from the system used memory 4078mb. Is this normal?

It means Windows is allocating some system memory for GPU use (if needed). Your GPU only physically has 4GB of memory.
