The 4 or 8GB RX 570 trades blows with the 6GB 1060 depending on the games. In some the 1060 will fair better, in others the 570. The 1050Ti isn't even close. You can see here in this 580 review that has both GPUs benchmarked in the mix (scroll to the bottom to get to the drop down menu of different games):

Also, the 1070 is priced to within 10% of what a 1080 is thanks to inventory shortage and Etailers taking advantage of it. Oh and good luck finding a 570 or 580 in stock without paying through the nose for it as well. The greed of cryptomining has severely hurt the GPU market.
I highly suggest that you do not buy the RX 570 right now. It is of poor value due to high demand by Bitcoin and Ethereum miners. The performance you will get from that card is not worth $299.99. I suggest that you either dish in the extra money to grab a GTX 1070, wait for Vega, get an RX 580 (a cheap one, obviously), or lower your graphics card standards.

The Asus Dual 1050ti 4gb was my first choice in this build. How does it compare against the rx570?
