Question RX570 driver issue - only getting 1-2 fps in games ?

Recently i switched from a gt 1030 to an rx 570 sapphiro nitro+. I installed the drivers from the cd first but low fps, so i went to amds website and got the drivers off there... same problem. I have uninstalled reinstalled drivers but it just dont seem to work. Plz help, thx.

boot to safemode
run this
remove all amd and nvidia from the computer
reboot
install the new drivers
reboot
should be good from there

It didnt work i did everything exactly ad you said and im still getting only 1 fps in games. Any other solutions, this is pretty frustrating
