Question rx570 GPU Usage Fluctation

Hello.
CPU : i7 4770 / H81M-K/2x8GB Ram/rx570 256Bit 4GB ITX (Sapphire)

CS2 1080p fairly low settings. Game is smooth but GPU usage is total mess. There is no FPS or power limitation.

Card never used in mining or etc. It only used like a year for gaming back in 2020. Drivers are updated so the windows 10.

@rgd1101 It looks like there is a problem and i should have get better fps. Since i'm playing first person shooting higher the fps better the play.
