Question Rx570 gpu usage spikes from 0 to 100

My system is ryzen 5 2400g rx570 ram 16
The temps were fine but the gpu usage jumps from 0 to 100 and back to 0 and again and again...i dont know whats the issue...anyone please tell me what im doing wrong

Did you connect the monitor with your RX570 and not the motherboard?

hi i have the same problem but when i play a game after 3-4 minutes i get blackscreen....did u solved the issue ?
