the power supplies are only listed on wattage, and on how much they deliver on the different rails... but the GPUS reqs is usually only in wattage

What is the make/model/wattage of your current power supply.
What CPU do you have?
Is the CPU overclocked?
Do you intend to OC the GPU?

I see. My gpu is an ultra oc version so the psu must be good, may i ask anotger question here: how if i do flash my red devil 570 to red dragon rx 570? Is it ok?? Or the card will be no stable etc??

There's no need to flash the BIOS. Just OC to 1320MHz using AMD Wattman.

You can underclock your card in WattMan also. My undervolted RX480 does 1305MHz @ 100W (according to GPUz) in Furmark.

We still don't even know what your PSU is. Still waiting on:

I use intel i5 3570 no overclock on cpu, my psu is not really knowing well its made in my country maybe, it has 450w and double 12v rail with 16 A

And idk i think i have problem that the gpu run so poor in heavy game like ac syndicate, dishonored 2, nier automata, hitman sometimes low fps but run normal in dirt 4 and dota2 thats all the games i tested on.

All games setting are ultra and high no ones got normal setting or very high. Just high and ultra
