[SOLVED] RX570 tearing and games crash.

I was playing AC valhalla i change some graphic settings and i upgraded from 60 hz to 75 hz. Screen turned pink, games crashed, i got this report "A driver has timed out on your system".
I deleted driver with DDU on safe mode, delete game, format PC but nothing games always crashing. I play poe once it crashed then I changed the driver solved.
Please help me fix this i try every thing, i posted every forum....

Post your full system specs. Include make and model of PSU. Not just wattage.

Saphire RX 570 4GB ITX

Well you have a bad PSU, Tier D in this Tier list.
It might be the root of your issues and might have also affected the GPU.
You should upgrade to a more reliable and higher quality PSU. Only the. You will know if it had affected other hardware as well.

Is the GPU running at stock/auto settings or have you tweaked anything using Afterburner or the AMD Adrenalin Performance-Tuning tab?
