Question RX570 with bent heatpipe, no video output

A few days ago bought an MSI RX 570 ARMOR OC really cheap and the courier service mistreated the GPU and bent the heatpipe like this, after connecting the GPU to the mobo found that the PC boots normally but can't get any video output, no matter if I connect my monitor first to the IGPU and then to the RX 570, disable IGPU, etc.
My specs are;
Mobo: Gigabyte GA-Z77-UD5H
CPU: i5-3550 with stock cooler
GPU: MSI RX 570 ARMOR OC
PSU: EVGA 650 G2 supernova
any idea will be really appreciated

The GPU is a used one I bought from a near state, the owner showed me pictures of the gpu in good state and after connecting it to the PC i thought it could have a solution, the PC boots completely normal, can even hear the Windows starting up sound but no video at all just a black screen
