RX 5700 is much more of a deal. But if you can tolerate 2 GB less VRAM, RX 5600XT is better value for 1080p. But I agree with richie, these all are overkill for 1080p60fps. Even a RX 5500XT -which is a replacement for RX580 from team red- would be plenty for 1080p60fps.

budget 1200$ / i have a 1080p60hz monitor
hey guys iam going to build my first pc for pure 1080p60fps and i have been searching and i think iam in bad moment to do it at first my build choice was a R5 3600 + rx5700xt/rtx2070 = 1200$ but then everybody is saying to wait for next gen to release big navi new 3000 nvidia cards ....et, so i said i will build a r5 3600 + 1660super = 950$ and save the rest money for
october when new gpu's are released and sell that 1660s and get something high end is this a wise decision ? also is the 6cores/12threads will be enough or should i think of 8cores ?

for 1080p/60Hz "high end" like a 2070S or a 3070/3080; RX5800/5900XT or whatever they will be called will be a waste of money. a 1660 Super can display well over 60 fps @1080p in next to every game so it will suit your needs and should be enough not until october but the generation after that most likely.
