Question RX5700XT and low fps on league

So i built my first pc today with a 10700K and a Sapphire RX5700XT Nitro+ Special Edition and when i started a league game i got 144fps (locked cos i have v-sync on) and then i wanted to go for a 2nd game without doing any changes and got 50fps. Restarted my pc and got 144fps on the first game and 70 on the second, GPU running the same both games maybe some software issue?? i also played Battlefront 2 on ultra and got 50 max where as people with older hardware got more fps same settings. Really dont know whats happening, any help is appreciated.

tried mc on everything max got 15 fps

I'm gonna guess the issue is fixed. If not, install the newest drivers for everything. If that doesn't work reinstall windows. If that doesn't work, reset the bios.
