[SOLVED] rx5700xt low voltage

Hey so i built my pc recently with 5700xt evoke OC GPU and realized that its voltage is 725mV, from what i read people use like 1000mV which makes the card run at higher clocks, so my qustion is how would i overvolt it, what software should i use? Also if anyone uses same card, what approximate fan curves would you recommend (for a reference) because i never dealt with fan speeds before. Thanks for help! msi afterburner screenshot

in msi afterburner click on settings and markup "unlock voltage control", that way slider for overvolting should be activated
as for fan speed...that depends on temperature (under load), higher temperature u get, faster fan should be
