So I have the Sapphire Nitro RX5700XT OC SE, I Haven't overclocked the card at all, it's stock Freq is 2.1GHZ, but Sometimes I see it hit 2173mhz even on GPU z and on wattman statistics, it doesnt heat alot I have chill enabled, but even undervolting down clocking doesnt seem to do much, It doesnt get verry hot at 71C core while on modern warfare 90c hotspot, VRM/Mossfet temps are normal, but whats with the overboost? Just wondering if something may be wrong? I cleaned the pins with prop alcohol, its also got 2x8 pin power connectors via a semi modular 650watt PSU, also the wattage is huge on this card 320 watts?... wtf

Specs-
AMD Ryzen 5 2600x
Corsair Vengeance 16GB 2x8GB DDR4 3200mhz
HyperX predator 16GB 2x8GB DDR4
Gigabyte B450M DS3H
Sapphire Nitro RX5700XT OC SE
2TB Seagate Barracuda 2014
Corsair Force MP510 NVME M.2
Corsair TX650M GOLD plus

and the ram timings were loosened it works perfectly at 3200mhz both brands with no fault so its not a ram issue before anyone points out the ram mixture

From what I've seen it's not unusual for RX 5700 (XT) cards to boost past rated boost clocks as long as they're within power and temperature limits. If you want to reduce the boost speed you could underclock and/or lower power limit.

Not sure what's going on with your games crashing though. Does it only happen in older/less demanding games where you can get several FPS?
Please watch the language
Also another issue, With radeon chill off I see temps as high as 80C core and 107C hotspot, and one more issue when chill is off the framerate of the game i play shoots thru the roof, literally causing a black screen im worried it might kill my monitor I saw 300 FPS in modern warfare and in destiny it hits 209FPS, with half life Black mesa source it hit 400? its like the game goes haywire and everything is quick as Removed and then boom black screen have to hard reset
