[SOLVED] RX580 4GB with T3500 No display

Graphics card isn't posting
Model: Dell Precision T3500
CPU: i7 - x980 3.33 GHz Hexed
Bios: A14
RAM: 12 GB
GPU: xFx RX580 4GB

The card isn't posting anything, not even the Bios loader logo(Dell logo)
I've Another card that is Nvidia - GT730 2GB, that is running fine
RX 580 is running in another pc so the card is good, please tell me what could be the problem

rx 580 need a good psu. light doesn't need much.
