Question RX580 ASUS DUAL problem

Good day, i'm having a problem with a asus rx580 8 gb i orderded online. it boots up fine after installing drivers, in my screen mostly in black backgrounds there are some white spots.

heres kind of normal image only get those spots in the taskbar, and heres when i open adrenaline software white characters and chrome and other programs

Any idea what can i do to fix this??

full system spec? include make and model of the psu
what the gpu temp?

intel i7 6700k, evga 750w supernova, 16 gb ram gskill, 60 c° on dota 2 full hd, just tried with another rx580 from my brother cpu and its normal, and tried it with a 1050 ti and the image is ok also.

So you have a bad card. Return it.
