[SOLVED] RX580 Black screen fans go full speed when im playing games

Before you ask it's not PSU i had GTX 770 before rx580 and it worked fine,

specs:

sapphire rx 580 4gb

i5 7600k

2x8gb ddr4 2666mhz corsair vengeance

chieftec gdp 650w 90% gold

Gigabyte Z270P-D3-CF

windows 10 64bit

It is INDEED your PSU. Chieftec Power supplies are of very inferior quality, and should not be used on any gaming PC. It might have worked fine until now, but using Chieftech PSUs is not recommended.

Avoid them like a plague. It doesn't matter whether this power supply has worked perfectly fine with your previous GPU, using such power supplies comes with a huge RISK factor. I'm just giving a heads-up.
