RX580 Bootup, Static, Crash

I recently installed a Gigabyte RX580 8GB graphics card into my new rig (parts below). However, after installing the drivers from the included CD, Windows boots up, loads up some startup programs, then turns to static, and restarts the computer. What should I do?

Rosewill 450W Power Supply
16GB Adata XPG GAMMIX D10 DDR4 Memory
1 TB Seagate Firecuda SSHD

Uninstall the driver you got from the CD using DDU

Install a new fresh driver you download from the AMD.COM website.

Might not be the issue , but consider getting a quality power supply around 550w.

Also the Adrenaline Driver , the newest has a lot of issues , causes high temps and maxed GPU clock on both of my setups with 580's.

I've just done that, same thing happens. Could it be a problem with ReLive? or maybe as Blackbird said, the power supply/Adrenaline?

Well a Rosewill 450 isn't a quality PSU, it could cause problems exactly as you are describing, I'm inclined to test the card in another rig first though.

Wouldn't be the first time I've gotten DOA Gigabyte cards.

UPDATE: In the end, I downgraded the Adrenaline driver one version down, and it worked perfectly. Thanks for all your help!
