RX580 + i5 4690k, a good combo?

Hi!

I have 3 questions:
1. Is the i5 4690k and the RX580 a good combo? The CPU is NOT clocked. I do however run windows on high performance settings, so I get 3.9 GHz speed.
2. How big is the difference between Gigabyte Radeon RX 580 8GB and ASUS ROG STRIX Radeon RX 580 8GB TOP OC? Is the gap in the price worth the upgrade? I'm not looking for a new GPU after/if I get the RX580.
3. Is a PSU of 600W enough to power it?

If possible go for gtx 1060 6gb. If not yes, nice combo.

edit: yes 600w can easily power up your rig
