Question rx580 nitro+4gb weird base clock,power usage

Hi all,
I bought an used rx 580 nitro+4gb and noticed few weird things. For starters the default clock is 1340 instead of 1411, the power draw under 100%load is 160W which is strangely low. The specs besides default clock looks fine but when i click lookup in TechPowerUp GPU it shows me 570 4gb nitro+ version and that got me little worried. Also in TechPU GPU in advanced, board power limit is 160W which is kinda weird too. Overall I was suspecting that maybe previous owner of the card was flashing a bios to regulate power usage and clocks for mining. What do you think about this guys ? I will include few screenshots of course and will be greatful for some help.

Yes that is what it is. Miners use a custom BIOS flash.

You need to contact Sapphire Support. They will ask for details about the card , serial number etc. After they correctly identify the card , they will point you to the cards BIOS flash information.

Does it have any effect on performance in games ? and why GPU-Z on look up shows me rx 570 instead of 580, is it a bug or something ?
