[SOLVED] RX580 no signal.

Hello,
I tried to upgrade my GPU, but all I get is no signal on monitor.
I was running GTX 750Ti (it ran just fine, no errors.)
Now I'm trying to get my XTX RX580 8GB to work, with no success.
When I boot my pc, the fans on RX580 spin for ~3sec, then just turn off, a LED indicates with blue light that my GPU has got power.

PSU: Thermaltake 650W Berlin Pro RGB;
CPU: Intel core 2 quad Q8300 (I know it's bottleneck);
Motherboard: ga-p35c-s3

I'm not sure if my Motherboard has built in graphics, since it has no VGA or HMDI port, but I can confirm that my CPU doesn't have integrated graphics.
I cannot boot my pc with onboard graphics, thus can't check if my GPU even is detected by the PC.
I've got just 1 PCI-e slot.

Would upgrading the CPU and MOBO make any difference?

What I've tried to solve:
Clean RAM slots and sticks;
Clear CMOS memory;
Boot PC with 1 RAM stick;
Re seat my GPU several times.

I've made sure that I've plugged my HDMI into GPU and not Motherboard.
I've made sure I've plugged in the 6+2 pin correctly.
I've got latest BIOs update (S7).
I think I'm running legacy windows, I don't know if running UEFI will fix anything.

Once again, everything is fine with GTX 750Ti.
I ordered RX580 from amazon.de.

I haven't tried installing drivers since I can't see anything while RX580 is installed in.
I'm very sure that I boot in windows.

Is there a way to check if my motherboard has onboard graphics?
I didn't find anything about it on BIOs.

Thank you.

Solution
I would seriously upgrade that CPU and mobo combo. I can't even tell if it's PCIe 1.0 or 2.0. But either way the PSU is good enough, that mobo compatiblity is m only concern. If you have a friend or a nearby tech store I would ask them to test the card for you just to be sure.
