hi all,
i have this weird problem, recently i have upgraded my computer and i purchased rx580 sapphire nitro+ 8 gb used and tested in front of the seller, works like a charm but when installed in my new system which is 9th Gen core i5 9400f with gigabyte b365m-ds3h motherboard it didnt worked, no display and computers keeps power cycling. i even updated to the latest bios but no use too. the new computer is working with gts450 + gtx670 but but with rx580 no signal, i even tested this rx580 on my old computer which is core i7 2600k with asus maximus IV extreme motherboard the problem was same no display and power cycling. i have 3rd computer in my office which is dell optiplex 790 core i5 2400 with stock dell motherboard and to my surprise this card works with this computer. now the question is what shall i do to make it work with my new computer. specifications of all computers are as follows:
new computer:
core i5 9400f
gigabyte b365m-ds3h
sapphire rx580 nitro + 8gb
adata ram 16x2 gb 2400 mhz ddr4
600 watt psu
old computer:
core i7 2600k
asus maximus IV extreme
evga gtx 670 2gb
corsair ram 8x2gb vengence pro 2400mhz ddr3

office computer:
dell optiplex 790
core i5 2400
sock dell motherboard
evga gts 450 1gb
samsung ram 4x2gb ddr3
550 watt psu
