I posted the other day asking how does rx 580 armor oc perform since i read that its a budget model and its hotter and noisier than other models and i bought it used. It arrived yesterday and i wonder if these are good results? I did a stress test in furmark for about a half an hour and it maintained normal clocks with boost 1366 and 1750 and stock voltage around 1125 at temps around 60-65c. I also played some far cry 5 for an hour and temps were the same, maybe a bit lower. I did a custom fan curve in msi afterburner and it wasnt that loud as i was expecting it to be. So i wonder if these results are fine and if the graphics card is fine since i bought it used, and you never know if it was used for mining. Ps. a guy i bought it from told me it wasnt.

Solution
I think you're golden.
My card is repasted and similarly undervolted (1305MHz @ 1030mV) and does 71-73C @ 1100-1200rpm.

What did you use to undervolt. WattMan or afterburner?

You could enable AMD Chill if you have a FreeSync monitor.
Got this card about a week ago. Seems to run fine. Notice a little ramp up in the fans when gaming, but no biggie. Case temp up a bit as well, but I didn't have a discreet vid card before so that is expected. Glad I opted for this instead of GF cards in the $200 range. Picked it up for $145 after rebate on Newegg.

1750MHz VRAM, so this must be an RX580 4GB card. 1366MHz core @ 1125mV is a good value. Anything below 80C is nothing to worry about. 65C without telling us what the fan rpm is difficult to judge (65C @ 900rpm is a lot different than 65C @ 3000rpm). Most GPUs come with a stock temp target around 70-75C to which they'll adjust their fans to maintain.

The only downside about the Armor OC is that they're prone to board flex. If you're able, "suspend" the end of the card from the 8-pin PCIe power cable by securing the PCIe power cable from something above.

Yes its 4gb. I forgot to see how much rpm but the fan curve is set to run at 40% at 60c and 50% at 75c and 100% at 90c but it never goes above 40-45%. I played with the voltage a bit and managed to get stable 1050v at stock clock so the temps are lower for a few celsius woth no impact on perfomance. I stress tested and played for a few hours and there has been no issues. I will post rpm when i get home. Thanks for the reply man.

So its like this. Stock clocks 1366MHz and 1750MHz running at 1050mV. Left it running in heaven benchmark for half and hour and played some games for an hour and temps under full load are 59-63c and fans running at 1900rpm max at my current fan curve. I tried lowering it and temps were 64-67max at 1400-1500rpm max. So. my final question is this good perfomance for this card and is there anything else i should check or be worried about?

Solution
I used msi afterburner. Pressed ctrl+f i think then adjusted the curve until i reached stable undervolt. No freesync monitor, that is next on my to buy list hah 😀. Thanks for everything, really helped me a lot. 😀
