Question Rx580 showing different usage information

Hi guys

Please could you help, I have a power color Rx580 8gb graphic card, after using it in my rig for a while I started getting random flickering or green screen and then it would just come back to display again, it only happens when the pc is on idle or if u watching a video, although when gaming it doesn't do it at all

So I'm using an LG 3d TV as my display via hdmi running in 1920x1080 resolution, so here is another thing that I noticed I'm playing Gta v on high settings and I'm getting gpu Temps of 70 to 71 degrees after a few minutes of gameplay, but when I connect to my jvc led TV using the same settings I get 50 to 53 degrees how is that possible

Please help I don't know if the card is an issue or it's the LG TV cause the other day I got a pop up saying that there is av inputs available but I have nothing plugged in the av sockets

have you tried different display cables? I had a 580 powercolor in the past and it would also flicker in one of the DP outputs

i tried different cables , but what i dont understand is how the card runs on 50 degress when using the JVC screen but 70 degrees when running on the LG Screen

the LG screen is a 3d led 40inch

the JVC is a 55 inch smart led tv

both same resolution 1920x1080
